This project involves solving a number of problems-

• What is the right mechanism to enable organic network growth with individuals and small enterprises building it ground up?
• What are the necessary tools that need to be designed to make this feasible?
• How can such a network incentivise participation and reward honest behaviour in the absence of trust?
